gas tank conversion
Anyone have instructions on change gas tank from cab to bed on stepside and parts needed. Thansk, rkzappa

I think the majority of folks bought a kit. I got mine from Brothers. All of the board vendors carry them, too. As of late some guys are using Camaro tanks and Blazer tanks to get the tank out of the cab. Here are some pictures of mine.

I didn't want to use a Blazer tank 'cause they hang down pretty far and can be seen from the back of the truck. A couple other guys have followed my lead on this, and they liked the final product. Last edited by lakeroadster; 01-31-2011 at 06:37 PM. |

Ya better do your research before ya do it, especually regarding how your gonna install the filler.. There has been a lot of threads, just search for them using the search function.
