Sunvisors with soft top??
My Blazer had no sunvisors when I got it, soft top only. How can I put them back without a hard top???

Re: Sunvisors with soft top??
They bolt into the windshield frame with 2 bolts. There's a 3rd that goes into the hard top, but you don't need to have it in. I'm still looking for the bolt size, so post back if you find them!

Ok... will look and see if the hole for the 3rd is a pass thru on the windshield fram, if so I will thread some stock and just use what I can find for it.

Re: Sunvisors with soft top??
The 3rd is hole is verticle, so it doesn't go through the windshield frame at all.
I don't have a pic of my own, but found this one on the board. The holes circled in red go against the winshield frame. When it's mounted, the hole circled in blue will be straight up and down and lines up with a hole in the hard top. With a soft top, you probably just won't use the blue one at all...that's what everyone does with the top off at least.

Re: Sunvisors with soft top??
Just to point it out, Blazers use different visors than the pickups.

Re: Sunvisors with soft top??
I leave my visors on when running the soft top.
If you don't plan on running a hard top, you can use the truck/suburban visors.

Re: Sunvisors with soft top??
Really?! I bought a set of truck visors and put them up and couldn't see how they lined up with the existing holes...that's when I found out blazers were different. Do you have to make new mounts?

Re: Sunvisors with soft top??
I could be wrong but, I swear I've seen Blazers with truck visors in the past.

Re: Sunvisors with soft top??
they bolt to the top of the windshield header, don't need the top mounted to install them...
