4x4 rear cab mount measurements
I have a 72 chevy 4x4 that was a lwb converted to swb. The frame was cut in front of the rear cab mounts for some reason. When i took my bed off to replace the floor some friends of mine noticed the drivers side rear cab mount was welded back to the frame about a 1/2 inch higher than the passenger cab mount which was onnly held on by two bolts that was drilled in. Does anyone know the measurements from the bottom of the frame to the bottom of the cab mount or something of better detail so i could get this horrible mistake fixed. Thanks again everybody.
Mikey

Re: 4x4 rear cab mount measurements
Here is mine, original 72 SWB 4x4. Looks like both sides are the same 1" from the top. Hope this helps. Bill

Re: 4x4 rear cab mount measurements
You may have to use washers that are as large as the bushing to shim out the differance.
