Window visors...
Little chrome things above the windows, My truck had some when i bought it along with some headlight covers (which i kept) and I took them off and sold them.
Well, now I want mine back I see em at the junkyard, how do they come off the door?!!? Thanks!!

They are held on by clips that are held in place by the window run channel. You have to pull the channel down, then place the vent shade in place and push the channel back up and it will cover up the clips.

So what exactly is the 'run channel' sorry Im guessing the inside of the door where the glass goes? Its got a groove or 'channel' ?

It is the felt piece the that runs up and around the door frame and ends at the vent window, just pry the end by the vent window down and then pull it. The channel my be brittle and crack or break so be careful.

Some are held in with 3 small sheetmetal screws but I think those are possibly aftermarket. If original, they had the clips which are much nicer.

Yeah, the ones that came on the truck were screwed on. The ones I found are a nice clean install, there on a rust free 72 door too..hmm
