Pricing a rolling chassis
I'm getting closer to the swap date on my project 'Recycle' so I'll be swapping the patina sheetmetal over to a freshly modified chassis. Once this is done, I'll have the OE 64 swb chassis left-over. I'm trying to determine a course of action on this as I can't afford to just have it sit around in a storage building. I have some modified lowering stuff from assorted project stages so I was thinking I could swap some of it over to the old chassis for some additional $$.
What I'm trying to determine is @ what point will there be a diminished return vs. the actual cost of the additional parts? If a rolling swb chassis goes for $200, what could I get for one that has dropped spindles + lowering blocks? Or, w/the spindles & blocks, I also have.... Pair of .750" narrowed 6x-72 lower a-arms & rebuilt uppers F/R shock relocators an adjustable 'super' Panhard bar a T/A x-member cut for exhaust a square tube trans x-member a notched/pancaked OE front x-member + steering linkage Would you guys set-it up as one pkg or just try & sell it as separate items on Craigslist or the board classifieds?

Re: Pricing a rolling chassis
Sell off the goodies... then donate the chassis to "science" (I would love to have another solid experimental platform from Texas).
