Original Hood to Cowl Seal Needed.

Anyone know where I can get an original Hood to Cowl Seal for my 1972 C10- part# 06270848? I have bought three so far and they are reproductions. They do not work worth a flip. If I had know that it was going to be difficult to get one that acts like the original, I would have held onto the original.

Thanks,

KellerMac

Hey Mac....you might want to try Classic parts of Arlington....last time i went there the old man had a bunch of NOS weather seals and such...he is a bit pricey but I guess you should expect to pay that for original GM stuff. Try here

Ebay....or you can become a subscribing member here and post a want-to-buy in the parts section.

I have bought several reproductions and all fit like a glove. I took them out of the package and set them in the sun to take out the creases from being folded in the package.

Great deal, and Welcome! I moved this thread to the parts board, it is now officially a WTB ad.

Anyone got an NOS seal they are willing to sell to our new subscribing member?
