Flip Kit with Hangers, Shackles & minus 2 Leafs
So has anyone used a flip kit on a truck that has the 2" Hangers, 2" Shackles, and 2 leafs removed ???
I am guessing it would be too Much and Ride on the frame ? Anyone have any experience with this ? Thanks |

That would probably be over 10". A little much.

My '74 has a flip and 2" shackles, but has the HD rear leaf springs (8 leaves each). Not having the HD leaves would make it really low.

Re: Flip Kit with Hangers, Shackles & minus 2 Leafs
mine has a flip, and the hangers moved up on the frame, and I removed two leafs to make it ride better, about 9" drop. I have a small 3" pipe notch for clearance, without it the frame would be sitting on the axle. It never bottoms out, but I never haul much.
