73 Front crossmemeber swap under my 69

Ok guys so i have a 69 3/4 ton long bed that I am planning on baggin. Last saturday i picked up a full front crossmember with 5 lug disc brakes, power steering and the works. I guess ill do a build thread but i need some help for now. I got the A-arms tore down for the most part but i need to get the cross shafts out so i can have the a arm powder coated and replace the bushings. I have heard there is a tool but any help on where to get one or how you would get this out?

I cleaned mine as best as I could and took them to a machine shop to have poly bushings installed.

They have to be pressed.

You will need a hydraulic press and several pipes etc of varied lengths. It takes time and if you are not careful, you can bend the arms.......
I would take it to a capable shop and shell out the coin....
