Hub suggestions
I have an 86 Sierra Classic with auto hubs and they seem to be more hassle than anything else. I need some good and CHEAP suggestions.

I went with the Warn basic hubs, they work great.
They do have a plastic switch, if you step up to the Warn Premiums they are all metal. The only reason i went with Warn was because my mechanic told me when they break they will break in the locked posistion. Where the mile markers would break in the unlocked posistion meaning you are now down to your rear axle only and had better hope you can get out of wherever you are in 2WD. I have no idea if this is true but its what i was told and am having 0 issues with the warn.

superwinch 400518 part # hold one of these in one hand then hold a warn..... it will speak for its self plus they are 1/4 turn to engauge too

I have Warn Premiums on my truck, they're all metal and I want to say 90% turn to engage. Never had a problem with them.

I've got Superwinch hubs on my 10-bolt and the original Warn 1/4 turns on my D60.

I have spicers. Seem to work fine. Don't know what they cost but they've been on my truck since I got it and they're about the only thing that hasn't broken yet.
