Opinions: Chevy Body trim on a GMC
Sounds kinda silly of a question I know, but what do you guys think about using the 2 bar body trim as opposed to the 1 bar on a GMC. We are looking for a tactful way to add some black to our color scheme and seems like that would be about perfect to put it between the bars like on a Chevy. The truck wont be stock anyway so going for the original look isnt high on the priority list.

Re: Opinions: Chevy Body trim on a GMC
since you mention it's a custom truck, not a stocker, and you like the look of the chev trim - sure! why not? Do what you think will look good to you I say! It would add a unique twist to your truck. Personally I prefer the chevy trim anyway - but if I had a bone stock gmc, I probably would not swap on chevy trim - but for a non-stock truck, I say go for it.

Re: Opinions: Chevy Body trim on a GMC
we have a gmc running around town that is like that... what is wierd is that it is a gmc-dash- and appears to have factory paint... I need to ask the owner about it sometime...
