Oil line please help.......
will this work with a plastic oil line....
I'm putting in a OEM oil gauge and have copper line, but the plastic would be so much easier to feed through the fire wall.... Any help would be great....

Re: Oil line please help.......
yes it will work , but i would suggest running your plastic line thru small rubber vacuum line so it does not kink plus it will protect the plastic line. hope this has helped

yup, most definitely use the plastic and even use the rubber hose over it, it will save its life for when well... you are under the hood n looks cleaner

Yes, you can use plastic line but you may need to change the type of brass connectors. A plastic hose usually requires a brass ferrell

I can see that the pic is of a brass fitting, how will you use a plastic line with THAT brass fitting?

feed it through and tighten the fitting I'm only worried about it "cutting" the plastic... The copper fitting "buldged/flared"
