Re: Has anyone ever?

I have seen it go both ways. My personal preference is to lower a SWB and lift a LWB. I feel that a lowered CC LWB is going to look too long. Lifted would make it rock...

Re: Has anyone ever?

I tend to go by this, Drop a 2wd and lift a 4wd, I am not a fan of the stock ride height.

Re: Has anyone ever?

It is all about personal preference. Check out the crew cab pics forum, it has a lot of opinions about what to do.

i have never thought about it that way and its so true a shortbed looks good lowered but a long bed looks odd lowered but both looks good lifted

I dissagree......I like my 2wd's lowered and my 4x4's lifted, short or long box doesn't matter!

Re: Has anyone ever?

I like em' both ways.....usually lifted for a 4x4....(lowered 4x4 seems to beat the purpose for me at least) I think long or short 2wd could be lowered or lifted....depends on the use I guess....my 2wd long will probably get a 2-3 lift on it for the few hunting trails I use it on...
