RoadRunner FM Tuner... Anyone know anything about these?

I was digging around cleaning out the shop and ran across this "RoadRunner" FM Tuner. It has no markings or numbers on it other than what you see on the front, and google searches turn up nothing but am/fm radios for Plymouth Roadrunners. Obviously it is used to add FM radio to an AM radio, I assume you would program the radio to a particular frequency to receive the stations. It has an antenna in, antenna out, and a red (12v+) wire. I assume it is to be grounded through mounting screws. I haven't had the time to hook it up and try it out though. I thought it was a pretty neat find.

Does anyone have any more information about them?

Looks like scrap weight to me. I hope you didn't pay for that.
