Used for 6 months on my truck before I sold it, only plugged it in twice - once to load the tune and once to remove the tune when I traded in the truck. IMHO best tuner on the market, gives you the ability to remove GM torque management, change tire size, shift points, read/reset SES codes, and the list goes on. Seat of the pants difference, I noticed less downshifting up hills/towing, and +0.6-0.8 mpg difference on my '02 GMC with a 4.8L.
