E Brake cable Length?

Trying to set up my e brake stuff and I think the cable I have is too long

I have a 68 short wheek base truck with the hand lever. I may have gotten the cable from a long box?

Re: E Brake cable Length?

There are a few sections I dont know which peice you need, but you can make your own or shorten the one you have. Lowes sells the cable you need and the collars to crimp the ends or crimp two cables together. These have been very reliable and simple for us. By the way your engine compartment looks awesome great work.
