Does the dash wiring harness include the headlight/tailight/front&back blinkers/radio/dome light/horn/turn signal wires/connectors?? If so, I put me next in line.
 Also, is it working and are the fuses included?

The harness includes all of those switches and the whole fuse block. It does not include anything outside the cab or the dome light/gas tank wires.
