Question Eagle 225 Alloys on my 72 Chevy SB - NEED HELP

I was wondering if anyone else had put Eagle 225's on their 67-72 pickup. I have purchased a set but the front wheel will not fit around the hub. I am figuring that I am going to have the hub machined but was hoping for another option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
