Is this bed worth saving

I bought this 87 GMC 4x4 for the running gear the outside of the body is rusty but the bed floor and inner fenders are in pretty good shape I was just going to scrap it but was wondering if I should save it or not.

That one side isn't worth saving but the rest doesn't look to bad.

What you don't save today you will need tomorrow. Depends on how much room you have, wife or parents, neighbors, time, etc.

Looks like a trailer begging to be made.

Re: Is this bed worth saving

I would make a trailer. If you don't want to do that then put a new bedside on it. Or you can sell the floor. If not then junk it.

Re: Is this bed worth saving

the top of the bed side looks great, but you should look at the underside before making any decisions.. with the one side looking that bad id be careful about what the supports look like... I had scrapped one with perfect floor on top and the underside was half missing...
