Re: how do i clean my seat
My dad had an upholstery shop for years and he swears by warm water and Ivory soap for vinyl. If it was really bad, he would use a soft scrub brush with the soap and water. If that didn't work he would then use a small amount of Simple Green sprayed on the area to be cleaned, let it sit for a minute or two and wipe it off.
If none those did the trick, then he would offer to recover the offending item. Hope this helps. |

Re: how do i clean my seat
The warm water and soap work great, but it's a wash and rinse affair. I recommend using a Mr. Clean magic eraser. Just wet, squeeze the water out the sponge and go to work, there is no rinsing after. It's great for all your plastic, door panels, dash, etc. Just don't use it on painted parts, it will take the color off if you scrub to hard. It's one of my favorite products in my interior detailing kit.
**Do test the sponge in a hidden area first to make sure it doesn't fade or discolor your parts first. If it doesn't, use light pressure to clean. You'll be amazed at how well it works.** |

Re: how do i clean my seat
I use the orange scented Mr. clean degreaser in a squirt bottle, and paper towels. Got my seats clean, and left a nice orange smell in my truck.
