LMC 1/8 " Thick Molded Polyvinyl (MIP) Floor Mat
Has anyone here used the MIP floormat from LMC for a 72 chevy truck # 38-2936 ? My truck originally had carpet but Im going with either a rubber mat or this one from LMC but would like some feedback from others that have used it.How well does it fit and do you like it .I need to order this and get my Buddybuckets done soon as my truck may be ready in a couple of months.

Not an LMC floor mat, but something similar from Brother's.

i have it in mine, it looks pretty good, but gets very dirty easily. tire shine foam works extremely well to clean up and shine the rubber, it does get slippery for a while.

Re: LMC 1/8 " Thick Molded Polyvinyl (MIP) Floor Mat
Well I called Brothers and LMC today for pricing .Brothers price was $149.99+$48.50 shipping = $198.49 and LMC was $169.95+$27.75 shipping = $197.70. Brothers dont stock it ,they order as needed .LMC has it in stock so they get my order plus more.
Thanks to all that replied . John |

Re: LMC 1/8 " Thick Molded Polyvinyl (MIP) Floor Mat
I think these are a good way to go if you use your truck as a truck. Ive had mine in for over a year and I love it. Just sort of sweep it or hit it with the air hose once in awhile. Dont think Ill ever hit it with the tire cleaner though. Sure looks nice in some of the pics posted, but I get it dirty to quickly to bother with that.

Re: LMC 1/8 " Thick Molded Polyvinyl (MIP) Floor Mat
I installed the LMC 38-2936 MIP floor mat, its not just a drop in and it fits theres plenty of trimming and I also used a heat gun to aid in getting it to lay right. If your interested I have some pictures and information on my build thread (post #556) http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s....php?p=4599757

For you seasoned pros: is carpeting or vinyl easier to install?
