What years for brackets?

Hey guys I have a early model (70's) 350 I am putting in my 57 gmc. I would like to put a serpentine belt system on it. What years and engine sizes from a wrecking yard would fit on that engine.

Re: What years for brackets?

I'm not sure what year would fit the best, you would just have to start looking under hoods until you found one you thought looked clean and would work.

I'd probably start looking on V8 mid 80's Camaros and go from there.

You will have to change the water pump to the reverse style that works with the serpentine belt if you change to that system. The stock early waterpump won't work with a serpentine belt and the ones for serpentine belts won't work with V belts.
