Nice truck!
That's quite the yard you have. Do GMCs and Chevys grow there?

Re: im a new guy with my 68 chevy stepside
I am amazed that after all these years, no one else came up with that screen name!
Welcome to the board, and your truck looks awesome! Not much I would even mess with there, short steps look awesome as a beater, or as a finished ride with jem like paint. Your stance and wheels are dead on. |

Re: im a new guy with my 68 chevy stepside
the tail lights is one of the things I didn't care for, but the rest of the truck makes up for the one little sin.

Re: im a new guy with my 68 chevy stepside
definitely agree, probably and easy fix though, I like the factory setup these had or the rear stake pocket tail light conversions, sweet truck though, a great start for sure

Re: im a new guy with my 68 chevy stepside
Sweet little stepper you got there bud.Welcome to the board from the great state of Texas!I gotta agree with Longhornman that the stance is dead on.How did you achieve your drop so I can do the same?Hell ya on Metallica as well.I seen them 6 times and worked 2 of their shows as a rigger. One of my all time favorite bands. The tail lights in the fenders gotta go.If the PO had used a better looking tail lense(round 70 camaro) it could look good.Diggin the poverty hubs too.Be good

Re: im a new guy with my 68 chevy stepside
I'd raise it, put narrow original rims and correct '68 truck hubcaps on it, then paint original color!
