lowered vs towing

Ok so im thinking of lowering the truck. I wad wondering can i still pull a small boat or trailer with atv on it does n e body tow witb yheir lowered truck?

Sorry folks i didnt mean to threadjack this post on asking maliburat on his regal, i been a huge fan of buick regals n when i seen that on the back of that bad ass dually i had to ask.78Maliburat that car is sweet,i wanted to do this to the 81 limited but when i was 17 in 1991 he convinced me to get rid of it(worst thing i ever did).He did that again with the 82 i had n gave it to a friend of his n made a stock car out of it.I WILL own 1 more n this time a definate BIG BLOCK is going in it.
