HOW ON EARTH, is this fixable!!

Hey everyone Im in process of a resto on my '68 C-10 and ran into a few snags. Some rust in unwanted places. Here in MN it is all to common. Any help on how to repair this or are these parts available aftermarket would be such a HUGE help to a newbie such as myself. The bottom pic is of my rear coil spring mount at the frame and the top pic is, im sure all you guys know, is the front upper a-arm tower. Im running out of ideas on how to fix/repiar these. Im an excellent welder, so metal fab wont be a problem if need be. Any pics of your repairs if you've run into this would be a tremendous help.Im pretty new to this site and I really appreciate all the help I have been getting so far!!

Re: HOW ON EARTH, is this fixable!!

It might be easier to buy some good used parts from one of the boardmembers, grind off rivets, and bolt on new used with grade 8 hardware.

Front suspension
CHEAP fix: Convert to 1973+ front suspension....
Cool but more $$: Porterbuilt front suspension

Rear suspension
Cut it out, build a new crossmember, add air bag plates....
