1st Car show
I took my truck out for a ride for its first time and entered it in a car show at White Oaks Shopping Center in Cumberland, Maryland. I stayed for the trophies and found out that I won "First in Class" (2x4 Truck Class). I wasn't expecting that! I also spread the word about this message board to a couple of people. Here are some pics.

Our Dirt Car
This is our E Mod Racecar that we also took to the show. The Team took second place for it.

Gizmo, congrats on the great looking truck. When was that show, today? I went through Cumberland on I-68 about 11am and heard on the radio about a car show there today. I couldn't stop and look because I was on the way to Annapolis to pick up a '72 Blazer. Maybe someday my truck will look half as good as yours.

Sweeet Truck! The body is so smooth and that paint, oh, words can't express. Those inner fenderwells, so smooth and shiny. I must say that I love your truck. You should enter more shows because that is definitely a show winner, from what I can see in the pics anyways. As you can tell, I like it, I like it a lot.
Of course, I would prolly drop it a few more inches but then again, you are the one who won the show, not me. Have fun with that.

This is my favorite time of year - show and shine season to look at all the nice rides. Congratulations on a fine looking truck. (I would like to see it with the hood closed.)
