I have a nice, driver quality blue steering wheel for a 1968 C10. It has minor cracks as shown in the photos, and worn paint on the rim. Mounting splines are perfect and undamaged.

It comes complete with a decent cap (some pitting) and nice horn assembly. The horn on my truck was working when I removed this wheel. The cap it very tight, and the rubber gasket is still pliable.

Just so you know, it came off that blue 68 stepper I had in the WIW section for a while. It's in good shape we just took it off to replace it with a blue 3 spoke Corvette / Camaro wheel I bought from a guy off Craigslist.
