More than likely it needs a new engine block. The problem is the starter bolts would shake loose and then once the starter was loose it would break the mounting ears off the block.

If it was as simple as putting a new starter on he would have done it already.

Not sure, but if anyone buys it, they should check that out.

the problem is because people forget the tiny bracket thats sits behind the starter motor because its such a pain to mount and thats commen problem mine was missing and was only hold on by one bolt the other was broken

Sorry didnt want to start a new thread for somthing i found on craigslist but this dont seem like a bad deal for a air ride square an looks to be a short bed cant really tell bad pics.
