Dropping engine in - What sequence
I'm getting ready to drop my '04 5.3l into my '67. I am using the ECE motor mounts and am curious as to what order I should bolt things.
Should I have all of the mount bolted to the engine first or should I have it bolted to the frame first? What is the easiest way as far as bolt access once the engine is lowered to the right point? Any help from you experienced engine droppers would be appreciated! |

Re: Dropping engine in - What sequence
loosely bolt the perch to the crossmember, then bolt the mount and plate to the motor securely. then tighten it all down.
