Couple easy questions - air cleaner and interior
First of all, does anybody have a pic of the factory air cleaner for a 71 350 4bbl? My motor is all stock and I would like to add one.
Also, my truck is bronze mist. The ash tray and glove box are painted with black crinkle finish. I am assuming this is not factory. Would these have been painted black or body color? Thanks for your help!

Re: Couple easy questions - air cleaner and interior
Don't have a pic...wait. I have one of a '72. The air cleaner was not on it, but may have been moved aside. If not, it's in the bed.
As for the black crinkle paint...def not stock. What color is the dash? Inside of the glove box door? Back side of the ashtray or anywhere on the back of the dash? Should be original interior color there. Look under any of the weather strip, too.

Here's a pic of a factory 72 350...
and a pic of the dash, ashtrays were body color but not all glovebox doors were. This one is parchment from the factory.

Re: Couple easy questions - air cleaner and interior
Cool, thanks for the pics. (wish mine had AC!) I was wondering if the truck and car ones were similar. Should look a lot better than the old rusty chrome one that no air filter seems to fit.
Dash pad is black, dash itself is bronze mist as is the inside of the glovebox door. I am assuming the bench seat would have been black too? Probably going to blast the old crinkle stuff off and paint it with some trim black.
