1972 cheyenne super 133" wheel base

I went to the swap meet yesterday and saw a longhorn cheyenne super C20. I had never see one before and thought it was kinda cool. Anyone else out there seen one? I checked the SPID since it was for sale and it looked legit.

They are around. I just parted out my C30 Sierra Grande. Nice trucks and mine came with quite a few good options. Very heavy trucks though lol Deff gave the car trailer a good workout.

Re: 1972 cheyenne super 133" wheel base

I have the same pickup, but mine is a 1 ton C/30 LONGHORN Super Cheyenne. It has everything that people like as options except a tach. I have figured out on mine though that the dealer here in town took the truck and modified it from a nice truck with options like two tone paint, bucket seats and bed side tool box and changed a few things on it to make it a fleet work truck for Arrow Head water distributor. I am the third owner and got allot out of the prior owner on info. Of course the dealer removed the buckets, rear tinted window, re-painted the truck white and gave it a custom work rack for the stake pockits. I compaired the build sheet with the SPID and figured out all the loose pieces to the info the prior owner filled me in on and figured all the back story out. This is the nicest, most original truck I have seen in my lifetime. It even has an original quadrajet on it with the exhaust manifolds, few small dents in the body hear and there and no rusting anywhere even under the carpet. It had a fifth wheel attachment added by the last owner and needs new wood for the bed. Other than that it is a very nice used truck. I am glad you found one, they are nice to look at and drive. Great Thread!
