Saw this on the road,i had to share

I dont know this gentlemen and i wouldnt do this to my truck but i appreciate his creativity. Awesome way to mount a wheel chair!

Somebody had a pic of that truck parked at a Walmart on here about a year ago. Everybody was guessing what the hole was for behind the cab. Some said welder, compressor.... Scary funky decoration job.
