Whats this bracket on the floor behind drivers side seat? (1955 2nd series)
Hello,
I finally got the courage to rip my wiring harness out of my small window cab so i could remove the small window cab for the new '55 big window cab that i have I installed the cab today and keep seeing this bracket behind where the seat bolts on the floor, can anyone identify this bracket? It has clutch head bolts so I assume its from the factory... Here is the new cab on my frame |

My gas tank is between the frame rails behind the rear axle... no gas in my cab...

For what its worth, I have the same bracket in my '55 and I noticed that the factory jack in my company truck - an early 2000's Ford F350 - fit right in like it was made for it.

never did see the jack handle or the lug wrench though. Or any brackets to hold them. Anybody got those pics?
