help with cutting a steering wheel down
I have a 6os impala steering wheel in my 66 truck I need pics on how to cut it down so it wont be in my chest, I would like to keep it cause it just looks cool.

Can the steering column be modified? In the 67-72 GM trucks you can actually move the steering column in an inch or two if added clearance is needed. It kind of looks like that might not work with that column but thought I would mention it.

I cut 3" out of the steering column to have a little more room to roam because I'm 6'3. I've decided to keep the bench because I can't seem to find a bucket that looks like it fits in the truck. I'm going to lower the bench a little for more head room when I get a chance.
