Replacing Roll Pan/ Rear Coil Springs

Hello Everyone. I am new to the forum and am sure I will be around alot. Been around Chevys all my life, but guess I am old school. Bought a 67 C-10. Not sure year of bed, but is fleetside with roll pan. I want to go back to bumper. Do I have to remove roll pan completely or can I notch for bumper and brackets? Also rear of truck has 4" lowering springs. I want to go back with stock springs and of course have to change shocks. Anyone know where I can get stock rear coil springs new? Guess thats enough for now. I am from southeast Missouri. Thanks, Robert
