are you asking about the rear coil over or the front? I just order a TCI IFS frontend with coil-overs on monday and they said I need 500lb front coil spring for my big block.not sure what the back coil overs are

im installing 250's, but i have a feeling they are going to be WAY to heavy. I will probably be ordering 150's or even 100's. Im not that far yet though.

they are supposed to be as light rated spring as possible, just enough to hold the rear end up.
