3rd door glass sash direction??

Does anybody remember, or have their 3rd or 4th (faux) door panel off, and can tell me which way the metal sash (bottom of operable glass/window) is supposed to go? Another words does that triangular end go towards the front or rear of the car?

At work right now so no pics, but I could posted one tonight if that helps explain. Thanks.

I've got my door panels off, but not sure what you're asking about - maybe go ahead and post that pic?

That triangular end,.....is that towards the front or rear?

I know which way the glass itself goes, it's just that I bought all new glass and re-installed the metal sashes at the bottom and I want to make sure I didn't install the sashes backwards. Thanks.

Re: 3rd door glass sash direction??

Pic is a big help - most of the installed sash is hidden and visual access is difficult with the seat installed. At any rate, triangular portion goes toward the front. Good luck with the reinstall!
