Have a ford 9 in to go in my truck but was wondering if a plasma cutter will take them off nice with little grinding to do.There is 6 brackets and a couple are almost 1/4 in thick.

Plasma or a torch; both will get it done. For some brackets, you might be better off using a cut-off wheel too.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

thanks,I got most off with a grinder but 2 brackets are kinda flush with the rear and I don,t want to dig to deep.I,ve never seen a plasma work so I don,t know how accurate they are

If the angles are awkward, they dig deep or leave material behind. They work best when square w/the material being cut.

Either a torch or plasma in a knowledgeable hands can make a good cut. It's the best bet
