1972 4x4 dog dish
Looking for a set for my 1972 Blazer,
Can anyone post pics of what the correct ones look like. I know the bowtie should be blue and not yellow but is that the only difference between later years. If anyone has any for sale that would be cool too. Thanks, Tony |

Yes,that's the only difference between 69-72 and 73-75. I just checked and don't seem to have a picture, which surprises my. Add that to my "things to do" list...lol

Re: 1972 4x4 dog dish
I thought that the round area the bow tie is on is convex on the later models and concave on the earlier ones.

The 8-lug GMCs are concave 69-72 and convex 73-75. Chevys are all the same,I believe. But,we are talking 1/2t which are all concave 69-75 Chevy/GMC.

Re: 1972 4x4 dog dish
Mine are concave, 1972 K-20. I bought them off a board member. I think he said the hub caps could be found on late year 72s and continue through 75. I have read different opinions on other forums, so I am not sure? All I know is I like the look.
