Seat back bolt
I don't have the washers for the seat back bolt. Where does the washer stop at on the bolt? See the pic.

The hole in the washer is only big enough to slide over the threads not the shoulder, It also was concaved to act as a pressure type lock washer like a door striker bolt set-up.....
