I thought this was a good one, was working fine on my 402. While cleaning it during my rebuild I found this.....

Ouch,

That would have made sushi out of the radiator and shroud. Maybe the hood too!

Yep. Propably $500-$600 damage...radiator was $400 alone. Thats why I'm going over every piece on this truck...mockup....tear back down...reassemble.

Yes, I did, thanks! I'll probably try to get up there in the next few weeks to check oult the new babe Rose, and at the very least take measurements of the firewall. What's left of that truck?

Well seeing as how its a gm product, even on its last tab it would have lasted another 110k miles or so
