Only thing I can recall seeing that was close are some "western wheels" that were simular. I think someone on here had some on a white truck I just cant remember who it was.

Anyone interested in these 'Vector/Turbine' style wheels may wanna check out DVW.

I have no firsthand experience w/ them, but seems they sell period correct refinished wheels in all models and sizes:
