Yeh Randy,
I put the lift on, but it's only a 3" body lift and was about $150 Bucks. I didn't want to spend the $1500 for the suspension lift and it doesn't see a lot of off-road, so I didn't see the advantage. I did raise all my bumpers and put a gap covering below the bed so it didn't look like a body lift. Your's would look good with a mild lift.
Here's a pic of the truck that I used to have and sold for the extended cab. Same set up on it.

THANKS you guys!!! I think it would look better with a little lift, they sit so low nowadays. Lee I'll pm you when I get ready to do this I like the way you did yours especially for the $$$. It will be May before I will have time to mess with it. Randy

Oh sure, the new ones got more comfort features, safety, quieter, better gas mileage, nicer driving, more room...but why would you want one over one of our rough & crude trucks? Shhh. Don't tell, but I had to get "The Whip" a Tahoe. She got tired of going to lunch with the girls in the flatbed.

Your right Frank, they do ride better and more comfort. The wife already wants to drive it to work. I'm sure once the baby is born she'll get tired of putting the kid the the back seat of the Eclipse and will be driving the new truck. Oh well I'll still have my 72 to drive. Randy
