That looks awesome! I have been dreaming of a bumper like that for a while myself. After finding out how much it cost to get one done I think I'll still be dreaming about it. I love the color on your truck, I never get tired of seeing it!

looks killer man!!! I'm with Brad, love that color!! I think you should try it with a cowl hood, see how it looks. I don't know if you have a decent side pic of mine but I'd interested to see how it would look dropped that low....

If you where closer, I would trade you hoods + some boot. I'd prefer stock.

But he also wants to get rid of the liscense plate area. The metal will have to be finished out perfectly before chromeing(lots of work). Plus if you start with a chrome bumper it will have to be chemically stripped. It's also my understanding that you don't just get a bumper chromed for $100. I don't know how they sell new ones that cheap but I have been told it is considerable more expensive than that to get one chromed. I could easily be wrong but that is what I have been led to believe.

Chroming is very expensive if you only get a little bit done at one shot a guy I work with got a few pieces chromed for his Harley and all total with the machine work it came out to be $320. I think the machine work was $150 so, you do the math pretty expensive for three pcs. that are as big as a cell phone(small one)

Bob, that's the reason for using airbags. You raise it before you drive.
