Another steering box ?

Over the holidays, I am going to swap the front suspension and rear diff from a 87 into my '67 dually.
Is the steering box from the '87 going to bolt in without grief? Or should I be using a spare from a 1971 1/2 ton that I have?

Any info appreciated.

Thanks, Pat

Re: Another steering box ?

I used a steering box from an 85 on my 67. Worked great. I had to dimple the frame but it wasn't hard. I think 87 will work. IIRC 87 was the last year they will bolt up. Someone else may know more tho.
