WTB Inline Fuse Holder
Broke the metal connector inside the rubber fuse holder trying to get it apart to re-tape the wiring harness. It is located up near the battery box in the engine bay wiring harness on my 68 GMC. Anyone know where to get a new one or have a used one for sale.

Re: WTB Inline Fuse Holder
Do you need both ends?
I will check tomorrow as I may have what you need. Jim

Re: WTB Inline Fuse Holder
Yes, I need both ends with enough wire so I can splice them in. They break pretty easy when you take them apart. They have been together for over 40 years.

Re: WTB Inline Fuse Holder
I don't have both ends that are not part of a good harness. I have the large end if you can use it. It is in good condition and has 4" of pigtail on it. If you want it just cover the postage and I will be glad to send it to you.
I am curious as to why yours broke as I have only broken the fuses in the dozens that I have taken apart over the years. Jim

Re: WTB Inline Fuse Holder
I twisted it, trying to get it apart. The clips were bonded to the fuse on both ends and the clips sheared off down inside. Once it was apart I understood what had happened. Thanks for the offer, but I need both ends.

Re: WTB Inline Fuse Holder
Erl, I think I have some out there if I can find them. I cut them off harnesses before I took the copper to scrap. I'll look Wed after work
Thanks Randy

Re: WTB Inline Fuse Holder
Randy, you were my next Email. I figured you had a few of these. I am also needing a muffler support as shown below.

Re: WTB Inline Fuse Holder
Erl,
I looked through my miscelaneous wire collection again and found the other end, (my miscelaneus wire collecion looks like 2' hair ball). There is a 4" pigtail on the large end and a 2' pigtail on the small end. Anyway, if you still need the parts you can have both for postage. JIm

Re: WTB Inline Fuse Holder
Erl, sorry none of those brackets right now. Looks like Jim has you set up for the wiring, if you need one with a bit longer wire let me know and I'll get it in the mail. Thanks Randy
