Re: So what you get for christmas

Mainly gift cards from my kids as I don't feel I need anything and my wants change on a daily basis. Got to see the excitment on the grandkids faces as they opened their gifts. But I feel the best "gift" was helping a single mother from our church provide a nice Christmas for her family. We feel we are blessed enough so we have been doing this for a few years now.

Re: So what you get for christmas

Martin recurve bow, a BB pistol that's the same as my real S&W M&P40, $25 card for Olive Garden, a Hooters calendar with monthly coupons inside, a couple collector's knives, and $50 cash.

My boys made out pretty good, though. I got my 9 yr old a recurve bow as well, so he can start learning some archery basics. They both got loads of toys. The sis and bro-in-law got them a radio controlled helicopter and a blow gun to share. Wifey wasn't happy about the blow gun, but I was pretty excited about it.

Nice, have you tried putting them in your truck yet? I'm curious how they fit...been looking for a set of buckets to put in my 79 so I can get rid of the old worn out bench =P

Re: So what you get for christmas

Very nice, looks like they fit pretty good! I tried putting a set of buckets out of a duramax in my truck, but they sat up way too tall because of how the floorpan bumps up over the gas tanks. Might have to see if I can find me some like yours...
