Edelbrock 1406 problems
Hi folks:
I have a remanufactured Edelbrock 1406. It is replacing a worn out 1405. I did the swap, and now I have to have the pedal to the floor for it to even idle. I have checked for vacuum leaks, and I have the choke hooked up to a switched 12V source. I dont know what the problem could be. I sent an email to Edelbrock today, and hopefully they will have a solution. Let me know any ideas you have. Thanks James |

Could this be a symptom of a float that is not set correctly? Maybe too low?
Gimme some ideas.

Sounds like improper float levels to me.
