How to attach poverty caps to wheels that aren't made for them?

Anyone? I know there was a guy on here with a build that had a 4-5-6 truck and a service bed and he attached the 70's chevy poverty caps to his white spoke wagon wheels but I cannot find his thread.

I just scored some late 60's poverty caps and want to attach them to some aluminum center lines.

Any ideas would be awesome!

Delmo did it with clips, very cool but getting the centered could be tough. Drill/tap holes for the clips and pop on the cap.
