Highlander Faux Pas?
I am in the planning stages of my ultimate build. I have been concentrating on what I imagine the interior should look like. I guess you could say its gonna be a Resto-Mod. But I want the coolest stuff I think GM offered on these trucks to give it that "restored" look. So I'll asked you guys. Do you think a pair of stock buckets wrapped in blue leather with a matching blue Highlander plaid insert would be a mistake to add to a '67 when the Highlander options were only available in '72?
I haven't totally settled on this pattern and I'm sure that only the foremost in experts (you guys) would know that buckets/highlander plaid were not available in '67.

Re: Highlander Faux Pas?
It's your truck and if your not doing a factory correct resto then take the route that gets your truck where you want it to be when finished. After all you are the one that has to use it every day. There will always be that one person at a show that says " look at this, they didn't even offer that in this year " like nobody else can hear them. Hate those people, but its a different subject for a different day. The seats sound cool.
