I am not sure what the factory offered as I am usually a 1/2 ton truck guy but I think the 3/4 ton trucks had this as an option in 72?
Anyway I am looking for a clean set of stock 16" rims in the 8" or something close in width and also a set of 16" chrome 3/4 ton dog dish hub caps.
Will need to have you ship them unless you are within 50 miles of St. Louis, MO.

The wide rims offered from the factory were 8.25 x 16.5,even for 1/2 tons.

Wheel Vintiques makes 16X8 and 16X10 stock style wheels. I bought some 16X8 for mine, the 16.5 tires are getting hard to find.

Allchevy58, what is the size tires and brand do you have on those 16x8 wheels?

They are Cooper Discoverer AT3 and the size is LT265/75R16.

GM's 8 lug 16" steel wheels were 6.5" wide. If you can live with a 16x7 wheel, the ford E250/350 van rims have the correct BP, offset and nubs to hold GM 3/4 ton hubcaps + they're cheap. Just need to run thin poly hubcentric rings to true them up to the smaller GM hub; www.prestigewheel.com/Catalog/HubRings66_67.pdf
